SPORTS & FITNESS GYM - NOW OPEN

Medibank Icehouse Sports and Fitness Gym is now open on Level 1. Improve your health, cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, flexibility and core stability. Sessions guarantee variety through cardiovascular training (treadmills, cross-trainer and cycling), free weights and multi-station cable machines. All equipment is new, with showers and change room facilities incorporated.

Exciting new developments to the facility include specialised programs and classes being offered to members of the public, all at very cheap rates! This presents great value for people living and working in the precinct and encourages healthy lifestyle.
