Movies on the Waterfront
From September to December 2008 enjoy FREE movies on the big screens at Waterfront City, every Thursday and Friday night from 7.30pm.
Waterfront City’s Piazza is the perfect setting for this outdoor event with the screens visible from any point in the public area. This, combined with its stunning waterfront location, views of the city and a plethora of delectable dining options, makes Waterfront City the perfect place to enjoy free entertainment.
Movies will screen each Thursday and Friday night commencing on 11 September at dusk (approx. 7.30pm). Cinema buffs can hire bean bags or deck chairs to ensure supreme comfort under the stars. Please note this service will be available from September 25.
Enjoy the classics on Thursday nights such as 'Ghostbusters', and the family favourites - like 'Jumanji' on Friday nights. There's something for everyone.
Waterfront City is only 5 minutes from the CBD and is accessible by tram (48, 86, 70), water taxi, bike, foot or by car. Parking is available, charges apply.
